Front End Engineer

As a Front End Engineer at Prolific you will help build out innovative, easy-to-use user interfaces on small product teams collaborating closely with UX, product designers and product managers to ensure a great mobile first experience for the end user.

To become a Prolific Front End Engineer, you need to:

• Be experienced building innovative, easy-to-use user interfaces
• Be experienced or able to quickly jump in front end technologies and frameworks (Javascript, React, Sass)
• Be good at version control (branching, pull requests, etc)
• Be familiar with Agile methodologies (lean, scrum, etc)
• Be frustrated with most mobile websites around today and excited help build out intuitive and responsive mobile web products
• An expert at continuously resolving real world issues within web experience
• Embrace challenge on a daily basis
• Enjoy communicating your ideas to identify and solve problems
• Be fun and positive to work with
• Be a self-motivated learner and team player
• Be excited to take your skills to the next level!

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in front end engineering
• Experience with the latest front end technologies and frameworks (React)
• Be a natural problem solver that’s excited by challenges
• Understanding of agile software development methodology
• Enthusiasm to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoy communicating your ideas to identify and solve problems
• Embrace challenges on a daily basis
• Be fun and positive to work with
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
